Digital Marketing Specialist (SEO & Social Media)

Experience: 3-4 years

We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on SEO and Social Media to drive our online growth and presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, with a focus on SEO and social media, aligned with business objectives
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify high-value target keywords for SEO
  • Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and URLs for improved visibility and search engine crawlability
  • Identify and resolve technical SEO issues in collaboration with the development team
  • Perform regular SEO audits, competitor analysis, and benchmarking to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Implement effective link-building tactics to enhance website authority and search engine rankings
  • Plan, create, and manage engaging social media content across multiple platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement
  • Develop and execute social media campaigns, leveraging organic and paid strategies
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics, website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates using analytics tools
  • Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive digital marketing campaigns
  • Stay updated with the latest SEO, social media marketing trends, algorithms, and industry best practices
  • Provide regular reports and data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement of digital marketing efforts

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field
  • 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing roles, with a strong focus on SEO and social media
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful SEO and social media strategies
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and digital marketing trends
  • Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, SEMrush, UberSuggest, Google Analytics)
  • Expertise in managing and optimizing social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram)
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and website optimization platforms
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with local SEO, Google My Business optimization, and the Indian search landscape
