We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on SEO and Social Media to drive our online growth and presence.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, with a focus on SEO and social media, aligned with business objectives
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify high-value target keywords for SEO
- Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and URLs for improved visibility and search engine crawlability
- Identify and resolve technical SEO issues in collaboration with the development team
- Perform regular SEO audits, competitor analysis, and benchmarking to identify opportunities for improvement
- Implement effective link-building tactics to enhance website authority and search engine rankings
- Plan, create, and manage engaging social media content across multiple platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Develop and execute social media campaigns, leveraging organic and paid strategies
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics, website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates using analytics tools
- Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive digital marketing campaigns
- Stay updated with the latest SEO, social media marketing trends, algorithms, and industry best practices
- Provide regular reports and data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement of digital marketing efforts
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field
- 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing roles, with a strong focus on SEO and social media
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful SEO and social media strategies
- In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and digital marketing trends
- Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, SEMrush, UberSuggest, Google Analytics)
- Expertise in managing and optimizing social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram)
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and website optimization platforms
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with local SEO, Google My Business optimization, and the Indian search landscape
