As a 3D Animator, you will play a crucial role in producing captivating and visually impressive animations for our company. Collaborating closely with a team of skilled artists, designers, and animators, you will bring our creative concepts to reality. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement 3D animation concepts, ensuring they align with project requirements, artistic direction, and client expectations.
2. Create character animations, environmental animations, and other visual effects using industry-standard 3D animation software.
3. Collaborate with the creative team to understand project goals and deliver engaging animations that meet project timelines.
4. Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input to enhance animations’ overall quality and impact.
5. Maintain a strong understanding of current trends, techniques, and technologies in 3D animation, and apply them to improve the quality of our work.
6. Work closely with the project manager to prioritize tasks, manage workload, and meet project deadlines effectively.
7. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to animation production, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient delivery.
8. Provide guidance and support to junior animators, sharing knowledge and best practices to help improve the overall team performance.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Film Production, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
2. Proven 2 years of professional experience as a 3D Animator, preferably in a creative agency or animation studio environment.
3. Proficiency in industry-standard 3D animation software, such as Maya, 3ds Max, or Blender.
4. A strong portfolio demonstrating character animation.
5. Knowledge of visual effects and motion graphics will be an added advantage.
6. Solid understanding of animation principles, timing, and storytelling techniques.
7. Knowledge of rigging, skinning, and other technical aspects of character animation.
8. Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent quality standards.
9. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
10. Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
11. A passion for animation and a genuine interest in keeping up with industry trends and advancements.
