(collectively, "TILTLABS", "us", "our" or "we") provides this Privacy Policy (this "Policy") to describe the types of personal information we may collect online and the ways we collect and process personal information of our users ("users", "your" or "you"), in connection with the TILTLABS website and any of our applications provided on a mobile platform (each a "Service", collectively, the "Services"). 1. What kind of Data We Collect?
We do not collect or use information that identifies you personally (i.e., name, address, e-mail, phone number, etc.). However, we do collect and process certain identifiers of our users as detailed below. Our business partners may also provide us with their personal contact details through our website for business use. We collect and process several different types of information about you, as follows:
1.1. Usage Data We are likely to collect and process information that your mobile device or browser sends whenever you visit or use our Services ("Usage Data"). Usage Data may include, but is not limited to:

• Gameplay Data - Data pertaining to your activities on our applications and notably the way in which you interact with them (for instance, how and when you use the applications, session time, in-app purchases, install timestamp, etc.) and with the advertisements we display (for instance, time spent on them, potential clicks, etc.). We never receive your payment or credit card information.
• Advertising ID - Apple Identifier for Advertisers on Apple and Google Advertising Identity, or other unique identifiers that advertisers use for personalized advertising. They are consistent across all mobile applications and thus allow cross-app tracking.
• Data relating to the location of your device. Usage Data does not identify you personally, it simply enables us to compile statistics about our users and their use of the Services.
1.2. Tracking and Cookies Data We are also likely to use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our Services and hold certain information. Cookies are files with small amount of data which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a website and stored on your device. Tracking technologies also used are beacons, tags, and scripts to collect and track information and to improve and analyze our Services. By using our Services, you agree to us placing these sorts of cookies on your device and accessing them when you visit the Services in future. 3. Use of Your Data by Third Parties
Our Services contain third party tracking and data collection and analytics tools from our service providers. The server on which the Services are hosted and/or through which the Services are processed may be outside the country from which you access them and may be outside your country of residence, including the European Union. • Correcting Your Information. TILTLABS may need to ask you to provide certain information to make sure you are who you claim to be. If you find the information on your account is not accurate, complete or updated, please provide TILTLABS with the necessary information in order to correct it.
• Withdrawing Your Consent. You are entitled to contact us if you would like to withdraw your consent to the processing of your information. Exercising this right will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before withdrawal.
• Deleting or Restricting Access to Your Information. You may request to delete or restrict access to your information. We may postpone or deny your request if your information is in current use for providing Services or for other legitimate purposes, in which case we will let you know if we are unable to do so and why. If you have any concerns about the way we process your information, you are welcome to write to us at the address set forth in the "Contact Us" section. We will look into your request and make good faith efforts to resolve any concern you may have.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal data that are strictly necessary for the functioning of the Services for as long as needed to provide you with our Services and for an additional period of 7 years from the end of the Services in case we need to resolve any dispute before the competent courts and authorities, unless we are required by law to delete it or if we accept your request to delete the information. The data collected by cookies or related-tracking technology are kept for a maximum of [13] months.
